My pieces are made using Sterling Silver and Clay and may of my materials are supplied by small U.K. Based Companies.
All pieces are gift ready - packaged in coloured tissue and handmade seal, however, giftwrapping is available where items will be packaged in an additional box and giftwrapped in your selected paper.

Shipping
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Pieces will be shipped within 1-3 days for pre-made items and up to 21 days for custom orders - a timeframe will be provided for custom orders. Sadly guarantee of items arriving within this timeframe may vary due to shipping method or possible delays through mailing host.
UK orders will be sent Recorded Delivery or for High Value items will be sent Special Delivery.
Proof of postage and Signatures of receipt will be available.
Sadly if the piece had been signed for as received, I am unable to provide a refund for undelivered.
Overseas orders will be sent tracked and signed.

Sizing details
All necklaces come in 16-20" lengths. The standard chain type used by Belasta Designs is Sterling Silver Diamond Cut Curb Chain.
16" is standard children's and young adults length and 20" is longer adult length.
If you require an alternative length, please feel free to contact me.
Custom and personalised orders
I am always happy to try a new experimental pieces.
Please contact me with your ideas and I will create a trial piece to ensure this is what you wish.
Sadly, as stated in my profile, I am still learning several techniques so may not be able to produce complicated pieces. Please look at my current pieces to see my style and techniques.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All Sterling Silver pieces come in a card jewellery box and wrapped in coloured tissue and "handmade" seal.
All non Sterling Silver pieces are packaged on display card and cellophane and wrapped in coloured tissue and handmade seal.
Gift Wrapping is available in Xmas (standard winter design), General (standard patterned design) and Children's (standard child friendly pattern)
Should you wish an alternative Wrapping, please contact.
When selecting "Gift Wrapping", your piece will be put into an additional box to allow easier Wrapping and protection for your piece.
Pieces are sent within a card postage box and parcel paper to ensure a safe delivery.
